Out on the community we have an amazing team of care staff that consists of both male and female carers, all of whom are fully trained in all areas of Healthcare.

All of our team are police checked and in receipt of references and take great pride in the care that they provide to ensure it is delivered to the highest of standards.

All staff are provided with all required personal protective equipment.

We currently use a paperless care log system called Birdie, that allows carers to log all care logs onto their mobile devices that gets sent to the office immediately.

All care plans will be on the paperless system so carers will know what tasks you require to be carried out before they arrive, meaning no paperwork in your home.

South Western Care Services are on the current Cornwall Council DPS contract as an approved provider, we provide care to Cornwall council funded, NHS funded and Privately funded service users.

Our services may be purchased privately by an individual or contracted by a local authority, or Cornwall and Isles of Scilly health Authority.

Providers of social care are registered by the CQC and inspected to establish if they are meeting the national minimum standards relevant to their operations as required by the care standards act 2000.
