Our Covid - 19 Steps
Here at South Western Care Services we take the protection of our staff and our service users very seriously.
The steps we have taken so far, we will update and amend this to remain compliant with all government legislations as they are released.
Our steps within the Community:
* All of our staff have completed a covid training session
* All staff are provided with FULL PPE, inclusive of gloves, aprons, shields, masks, extra uniforms, hand sanitizer.
* All staff are fully trained in infection control.
* All staff are kept up to date with all changes in legislation
* All staff wear masks in all service users homes
* Staff have full access to Covid and Antibody testing
Our steps within Day Care:
* Maximum of a group of 5 visitors and 1 member of staff
* Temperatures taken on arrival and departure
* One way system throughout premises
* No External Visitors
* All staff trained in infection control and Covid 19
* Thorough hourly cleaning and sanitising regime
* New Leather Wipeable furniture
* Full PPE for all staff when providing personal care
* Track and Trace System in place
* Full range of Sanitization products throughout the premises

* Full PPE Available
*Limited group numbers
*Temperature check on arrival and departure
* Full Track and Trace system in place
* One way system throughout the premises
*Full sanitization cleaning programme carried out throughout the duration
* Full range of sanitization products throughout the premises
